The receptionist at Isleworth swimming pool said that Brentford Fountain Centre is going to close soon as be demolished for the new Brentford FC stadium. Does anyone know about this?  I know that when the stadium was first mentioned years ago there was talk of replacing the Fountain Centre with new facilities, but I did not think that was part of the current stadium plans.  The Fountain Centre is looking quite tired inside – if it is being demolished could this be why it has not had money spent on it?
