| The future of the leisure centre considered a Cabinet meeting of the LB Hounslow on 20 September 2016. The Cabinet agreed "that delegated authority be given to the Executive Director of Regeneration, Economic Development & Environment (Brendon Walsh) to execute contractual agreements with London & Quadrant for the provision of a new leisure centre. The Cabinet report noted that the leisure centre would be "unfit for purpose by 2020".
