| Barry, I am fully aware of the Planning Committee rules and protocol as I sat on it myself many moons ago but I think Cllr Lambert has already made his mind up as he seems very sympathetic to the plans to me at least reading his various comments although I may of course be completely wrong now I have seen that he will be presenting the petition I would presume now that he would have to declare a conflict of interest if he does indeed present the petition and be unable to vote on the application but I am guessing that would be down to the legal clerk at the meeting |
