What can protect the other boat owners from having the area blocked to them' THIS IS PRECISELY WHAT THE COUNCIL ARE TRYING TO DO WITH PLANNING APPLICATION 00607/AM/P5 This project will put 900+ piles into the toxic River bed to the detriment of the wildlife and public space and create a private zone for permanent moorings |
