| As to your question can boats after 12 years claim adverse possession? Well this is now a matter for current Court proceedings. This question will be resolved in due course. For me this is a matter of custom or precedent. ie. The Hollows boats and Victoria Steps key were both unofficial moorings in their history, along with many house boat communities along our beautiful River. They are all now formalized moorings. Are you proposing that no-one should have the right to moor a permanent house boat, ie no-one should be living on boats? |
