| FYI - Got a response from Hounslow Council, Andrew Nye is on the case and is doing something about this. "Thank you for your email. I was notified last week that there had been a delay in processing the application forms due to an error with the ‘address’ system that is used, and that permits were only beginning to get issued towards the latter part of Thursday last week. Serco are continuing to work through the backlog of applications and I am hopeful that residents will receive their permits by Saturday. I am also looking to make arrangements for permits to be hand delivered thus reducing the normal delivery time. In addition, I am making arrangements with my colleagues in Parking Services to delay the enforcement of the CPZ by a few days next week to ensure all residents have received their permits.
