| We have a few queries as we share a car with a family member and it is thus registered at her place, and, after checking with the DVLA is perfectly legal. But apparently we cannot have a permit to park a shared car. So far, after 18 days we have not had a single reply from the parking office. Have found it completely impossible to get in contact by phone and when I have all the Switchboard can tell me is you have to email. But they do not respond at all not even an acknowledgement. It's getting very close and getting rather worried as If we have to make changes we won't have time. Called Serco direct, they would not discuss by phone and hung up. I really did not see this coming despite my usual cynicism! |
