| I've been trying for weeks. A neighbour has been in touch with Andrew Nye who he tells me has been most helpful but even he cannot manage to get a few issues resolved. It seems impossible to speak with anyone from Serco and the emails responses are taking 10 to 15 days. I can't imagine everyone being in this predicament but it is far from satisfactory for those who are not on email ( which is a lot of older folk around here) and those with a few complications - Like us with a shared car. Ironically, Something the very same council was keen to promote not so long ago |
