| David Which "range of local government issues" did the experienced Conservative councillors attend to when in office between 2006 and 2010? If I recall correctly it was the inexperienced, unintelligent community councillors who launched community building projects and reshaped the council's relationship with its hitherto out-of-control housing operation and the Conservative "experts" who obsessed ad nauseum about Council Tax and conspired with officers (and with Labour at Area Committee level) against their own coalition partners. |
