| Landlords who cannot afford to maintain their properties are not fit for purpose and should not be allowed to rent properties and should be forced to sell. This is wholly unfair to the many landlords who do ensure their properties are up to scratch and look after the property properly. This council must be soft in the head. A Lunatic idea. I suspect the recipients of the funds will be the usual selection of friends and families of certain councillors and officers. They were at it 30 years ago and it seems the same old stuff is going on. Maybe they will make public just who gets a grant this time round? |
