Yes, all they did was to tell me the minimum pressure that TW are obliged to maintain(0.75 bars) regardless of the minimum of 1 bar recommended by most Electric shower manufacturers. I cannot remember which of the two recommended I run a new supply from the cold water storage tank in the loft and install a pump to the feed on the shower.This would be an expensive exercise. As a matter of interest I purchased my own water pressure gauge and TW operatives witnessed the fall in pressure shortly after 7am and recommended I try with a complete new supply pipe into my house which would be even more expensive than than the pump option. |
