| Even in developments with anm allocation of one parking space per property there will often be enough properties with more than one car to push additional parking beyond the boundries of that development. Newer developments have less than one space per property - I think the Commerce Road development is something like 1 space for every 2 properties, or 2 for every 5 (but not 1:1). Commerce Road area is going to be a hoot for parking in 2-3 years time. |
