| A fair correction but is the extrapolation from 5,000 properties to 14,000 people correct? This implies an average of almost 3 people per property - when a good percentage are only 1-2 bed flats. Is there a basis for this estimate? I'd hate to see a very valid overall point (about the lack of infrastructure investment to match the population growth) to be undermined by exaggerated numbers. |
