| Does anyone know (or can confirm) that under the PFI contract there is no obligation to renew the pavements with paving slabs. Apparently, its in the contract that the pavement slabs can be replaced by Tarmac. A decision will be made on a street by street basis, mainly on the number of complaints received. |
