| Raymond "Tarmac is also porous and can start to smell of dog, fox and cat urine as well as hold the bacteria of faeces. It's why so many authorities have turned away from widespread use on older areas using it only where completely new footways are required where the sub base can be made to a deeper specification. Not a good idea when properly laid paving is so much more durable, safer and smarter." Do you think that Cllr. Ellar and the relevant people at LBHounslow are aware of this??? I suggest you email them for all our sakes. |
