When queried by people asking how this differed from the existing timetabled plans, Heathrow said what they were now looking for was greater adherence to following the plans !! Are you saying that they actually admitted to breaking the rules governing whether early flights come in over Windsor or West London, so we got more than our share even after allowing for the wind ? That would explain a lot. But why on earth would they do that ? The rules of the trial are bad enough, but this sounds like sheer bloody-mindedness. |
