Indeed the mystery is unravelling as it seems quite clear that Cllr Todd is obsessed with undermining everything residents try to achieve by holding Thames Water accountable. The irony is also of course that the Labour Administration will have to deal with the aftermath of the Tories' blunders in agreeing to only £30 million of the publicly allocated and funded £46 million being spent on the last Mogden Improvement program and the Tories support of the current expansion which has thus far shown to be unsustainable. One can only speculate on the Tories love affair with Thames Water and their distaste of irritating resident community groups and action groups but the truth will come out. One would have thought that the Tories would have learnt their lesson after being defeated so badly in Hounslow and would learn to shut up on issues they know so little about! |
