Simon Unfortunately your experience is not unique and as I have mentioned on other threads I have received numerous accounts of similar matters where the Syon and Isleworth councillors are not responding to e-mails or letters and to be frank ignoring residents now they have their feet under the table It also appears they will not attend any event locally if the previous councillors are on the circulation list and this is it seems a major insecurity issue for them For the Syon councillors to still refuse to see residents face to face by not holding a single surgery since being elected in May is quite frankly a disgrace but hardly surprising considering none of them actually live in the ward they are supposed to represent I hope that at least one of them after reading this thread will have the decency to contact you and your problems get resolved
