| Maybe... Just Maybe.. Ann Keen is ignoring thousands and thousands of negative posts....because (maybe) she busier dealing for us other than her house(s)broken fence (you should see mine! hope nobody starts taking pictures of my broken fence) and herself? My very, very close friend has a serious medical condition, multipule aneurysms on her brain. Which the NHS basically have caused more distress and upset to my friend due to their long series of 'cock ups' since November last year. I suggested to my friend to send an email to Ann Keen on Monday morning. By Monday afternoon my friend had a response that the matter is now being dealt with from the 'very top' of the hospital involved. I have not seen my friend feeling so positive that she might now get her operation... Thank you Anne.... |
