Topic: CPZ consultation

Just got the result of the consultation about changing the Brook Road South CPZ times (basically, someone wanted to keep the 2 hours in the morning, but get rid of any evening restrictions)
Result: 80 responses
             77 against
             2 in support
             1 suggested modification.

I'm all for local democracy, etc. but this does seem to have involved quite a lot of money spent to appease what could be interpreted as a one person's (plus partner?) hobby horse?
It certainly didn't capture the imaginations of the local residents
