| There is a gov.uk open data web page here: https://www.data.gov.uk/dataset/1388104c-3599-4cd2-abb5-ca8ddeeb4c9c/fly-tipping_in_england_ Looking at the LA Fly Tipping League table, there appear to be huge discrepancies in performance. If I was responsible for street cleaning in Hounslow I'd want to look at what is going on here and perhaps learn from LA's who perform well. Perhaps Guy can advise us whether this kind of exercise is done. |
