| Several programmes on fly-tipping across the country on 5 Star yesterday. Didn't do much for your faith in fellow humans, really disgusting. Some councils really tackle this problem in a professional and relentless manner, getting offenders to court and in some cases prison. Our own dear Hounslow were featured, our opinion of those featured? What a bunch of muppets by comparison. |
