If one of those tow other car parks is the Albany Parade one that is soon to be lost along with the residential Charlton House car park with no replacement for residents or businesses.  Not ideal for these many who work crappy hours and have to travel for work. And certainly not good for retail or local public facilities.

Rather like a certain rehab hospital that expects patients to Walk or Cycle to appointments.
