| I don’t know that ‘passing trade’ is something any arts venue relies on. Isn’t the entire point of these venues to attract people in specifically because they have an exciting programme of events on offer, backed up with a comprehensive online media presence and advertising. Most people have to factor in entertainment such as theatre or cinema trips with the mundanity of everyday life. But maybe Brentford is different. As for the car parking, well the current site has covered and dedicated space for patrons. It even offers annual parking as part of its Friends package, which is quite a bonus for those who live further away or perhaps don’t fancy a late night walk round the darkened streets of the area. |
