| That's quite true some of the Braying Donkeys that have attended recent events there are quite despicable in their behaviour. Especially in local pubs and on the streets before and after events. But for Hounslow to put out a statement is crass and devious. It's all very well, but as pointed out they would be fully aware of the Insurance and logistical issues, so know in effect theres nothing they can do. Except of course they can by actually turning up and monitoring noise, behaviour and litter, transport chaos and all the other problems inflicted on a wide area from Acton & Brentford and beyond South Ealing. Except they won't because the staff will be off " In respect for the passing of HM The Queen" They are complicit in how Gunnersbury Park is run and are, along with Ealing giving the woeful CIC almost complete control over what is supposed to be a public park for local people, but rather the A, B, and C's of their marketing demography..... and any money spinners that they can grab. Far too much is not disclosed about the connections of the this Parks Management and where the money actually goes. There's no indication of actual open transparency, just lip service and closed ranks of the clique around which expands to both Councils. |
