London is on our doorstep really and access can be quite easy. The 91H or 267 is step One to Hammersmith Bus Station. Last night a short journey on the No.9 from there took our group to the "London's Village Hall"... the Royal Albert Hall. The RAH is celebrating it's 150th Anniversary. The floodlit building looked magnificent. Inside, the corridors and eateries were a joy to promenade .. and then to step into the packed auditorium and look down at the Proms scene was jaw dropping. And it's only just down the Road. Which trips do you recall and recommend? |
