| Sensible and safe. So glaringly obvious. I understand Brentford Voice and a residents association had been chasing it of late and not got anywhere either. What is needed, is an old photograph showing the stop as the last time I chased it up TfL Buses denied there was ever a stop. Plus a copy of the old type fare tables displayed in the buses as the Fare stage was marked Brentford Ealing Road/A4 the other being South Ealing Road/A4. No idea where those can be found but would prove a point. There's another stop in the same vein on the A4 west direction at Boston Manor Road. The 91 now H91 stop which still has a full pull in was never reinstated and again involves a fair trudge to the next one. Yet this is the official stop for Brentford Station. It means those walking from Brentford Stn not having to cross the road or having to walk a rather ling distance to the nearest westbound stop. Again safer and nearer and purpose built. |
