I do sympathise! Try also Avanti West Coast trains, which I have to use a lot. They have no phone number for customers at all! And no chat bot - all you can to is send an email. I was in tears of frustration during lockdown trying to check on trains after booking a (v over-priced) ticket, and with absolutely no immediate way of doing it. This is a huge company with a major train franchise. If you need help, you are basically stuck. |
