| Vanessa - I copy and pasted this from Cllr Lambert's newsletter on the front page:- "Anyway, I have the opportunity to put Sam straight and to point out to John that we are busily – via Lampton – buying up properties previously flogged off under ‘Right to buy’ and until recently in the hands of buy to let landlords: they are now back under council control and providing decent homes at truly affordable rent levels for residents who previously had to put up with the precarious and inadequate private rental sector." It seems to be that as he's banging the drum and praising LBH for providing decent homes at affordable rent levels Our local Cllr Guy Lambert is the chap you should be bombarding about your poor neighbours and anyone else waiting for such a property. |
