| The 3 bed double fronted council owned house that has been vacant since before Christmas remains empty. Why on earth is there no swift letting procedure? If any work does need doing surely that should be done as a matter of urgency given we have a housing crisis, to get properties let a.s.a.p.? My elderly neighbours meanwhile continue to wait upon the housing department's pleasure for a move from a 3 bed house to a sheltered unit flat they were promised over a year ago. |
