The other side of this situation is a family stuck in a tower block with one of the children that has learning disabilities, who have also been trying to get a move for four years, and are told by Hounslow houses by rarely become available. They compound this by losing paperwork and medical and professional reports and asking for people to jump through constant hoops. Can you imagine what it must be like for them to see these houses standing empty for months on end and the senior members of the council being in a state of denial that this is happening?
