| I read about this a while ago. We have it in this country and it is at ground level and connected to the number plate recognition cameras that you see often in banks at the road side. How it came up was that they had looked at 15 and 16 reg plate diesels. They had found very high percentages of these cars and 17 reg exceeded the maunfacuturers spec. I am sure somebody on this site will know more than I do. The obvious question is if they can analyse the cars by year make and model why cant they get the polluters??????? |
