| Gosh. Wouldn't it be great to have these along the M4 elevated section, the A4 and various other pollution hot spots around Hounslow. Completely automatic detection and identification of smoky exhausts and an automatic fine sent to the offenders. Visibly smoky exhausts come from those cars and vans that are producing many times the legal limit of particulates. We all see them every day. This system would make a massive impact on air pollution in Brentford and would earn the council a pretty penny as well.
