They did say that someone set a fire in the one across the road and wondered whether that might have happened to this one. That green is a bit complicated because it's mainly managed by Greenspace360 (the council company that took over from Carillion) but partly by Hounslow Housing. We're trying to make that more sensible. In the meantime I've raised the concerns about litter and dog bins.
