| I cycle everyday on BMR, day and night (with good lights). Best and safest road around for cycling. Windmill Road would be a shorter option for me but that's a death trap. Proposals are a complete waste of money. There are plenty of other roads could be improved with this money. Who exactly comes up with these proposals? |
