| 100% in agreement Anthony. Driving without a licence = three year ban Driving while disqualified = lifetime ban A licence is a privilege not a right. The A4 cycle path doesn't need a lot of work. Just a damned good sweep with a 'Scarab' once a week and a skim of surfacing to even out the previous botched repairs. |
