| Ryan I live in a flat and the land I talk about is a big private car park and the area outside the block where temporary parking is allowed to contractors, delivery, maintenance trucks, disable pick ups, children drop off. It is pretty much impossible to stop specific cars accessing the area and park. The Councillors hands are tied. Any suggestions? |
