Parking tickets are enforceable under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 - you just need to make sure the tickets you issue comply with it. Clamping should not be allowed for anybody, not even the government. If you are that bothered about people parking on your land then why not install measures that prevent them from doing it in the first place? |
