| Having read a rather good resume on the thought behind this petition, which I had signed already, I have to say that it its Streets ahead in being a fair and freer proposal than anything the council had. I think the best thing that should have happened is a residents public meeting where all this could be discussed and a concensus formed. But as we have all been stitched up and manipulated, this initiative deserves the support of all who will be affected as it offers by far, the most practical solution to something that over 60% of households did not even respond to. |
