| It is now the 16 November and I have still not had a reply to my online transaction no. 2027104 (dated 31.7.13) to Hounslow Council. It is now getting on for four months since my email was posted so something tells me I am not going to get a response. In reply to the poster who asked whether one of the culprits drives a 4 wheel drive - I now believe this to be the case. It is often parked in the vicinity of the rather unattractive blue plastic sheeting which has served as a fence for, I would guestimate, the past three years or so. |
