| Well I must say they appear to have stepped up a gear from the ropey Personnel reports they were producing. The old ones were a bit of a giggle until they started leaking strictly personal staff information, which would have been considered confidential by most personnel managers, and ‘twisted’ information about a tribunal loss. At this point I made a complaint about the standards of information presented to the Committee, and detailed on line. The following month, after the complaint, they repeated the strictly personal staff information then amalgamated the committee. |
