| Vanessa, There is no explanation for it, and it was made quite plain that you had to give it to the third party. HH are a subsidiary of Hounslow Council are they not,then presumably Councillors will have seen this thread and should be asking serious questions as to why this questionnaire is being hand delivered and why it is even in existence. Incidentally if necessary a copy of said document can be produced. |
