| Steve.Curran@hounslow.gov.uk No - HH are an 'ALMO' an arms length management organisation, so they are not a 'subsidiary' - in theory they are not part of the council, although I understand that Hounslow wants to take them back 'in-house'. Anyway get on to Steve Curran (as above) and ask him what the hell this is in aid of. |
