| I hope this rapid response doesn't confirm that move to Feltham - I just happen to be online. I am not sure about the specifics of all the sites we could fret about near Watermans, but as I recall (1) planning permission was given for a residential development next door sometime last year and (2) the Council has embarked on what they hope will be a joint venture along the waterfront - but I am not aware of any plans by anyone for any redevelopment of the Watermans Park. As for Watermans closing for the development of another bunch of flats, I don't think so. Unless someone plans to take advantage of the 'build what you like' initiative the Government has just announced there is no planning permission granted that would allow that. |
