Who is selling this stuff in the first place? Is it even a legal substance? If so why not lobby the government to make it a illegal substance along with the ghat stuff much beloved by the somalian community? Afterall cocaine and morphine were widely available a hundred years ago - a Fortnum & Mason hamper to send to troops in WW1 contained both these substances - but have since ended up as illegal substances in early 20th century. No longer can one pop along to local pharmacist and sign for a grain or two of morphine or come away with a bottle of laudernum or even a fold of arsenic or strychnine. Perhaps in the 21st century other substances should be classified as illegal? |
