If everyone put as much passion into asking our council why they knowingly allowed the refurbishments of the Libraries when said libraries were up for closures, as they do in doing there utmost in proving me wrong perhaps the council would have answered questions asked by now.
It seem's acceptable to waste so much of the communities money when we get zilch back for it. Incidentally the contract with Laing was to manage the libraries not refurbish them, consequently the refurbishments were not a must, especially when they had already been earmarked for closure. |
