| Have you received the letter from Thames Water? Loads of road works starting 4th Jan 2011 onwards in Twickenham Road, London Road, Half Acre, Boston Manor Road, Windmill Road, Hamilton Road, New Road, Ealing Road and Netley Road...to replace main water pipes..as a precaution against any future leaks, bursts or worse still flooding. There is to be explanatory meetings at the Holiday Inn on 20th December 4pm till 7pm. No doubt TW8.com will soon have more info. (traffic queues, reduced parking in those roads..and traders losing business seem the likely prospect...but it's all for Brentford's good!) |
