| Congratulations to all those who worked so hard to preserve the church, Stephen foremost amongst them. The Appeal decision arrived this morning, and the Appeal has been dismissed. The third party representations convinced the Inspector that the building was held in affection by the local community. He concluded that the building makes a positive contribution to the character of the area and one that is worthy of protection. |
