| True, but both very bad answers! On other matters Bob talks about, the vast majority of immigration (in any case dramatically reduced) is nothing to do with small boats. And the answer to his question about public services is that services like leisure centres are needed and valued by people who live here, especially ones with children. You claim your rants were a late night wind-up. Is 9.52 am late night for you? or 4pm? By the way, I don't want undocumented people, either immigrants or not. That problem (which is nothing like as big as you like to pretend) does need to be normalised, but I don't want innocent people herded up in the streets like Trump enjoys. I do want dodgy councillors who seriously offend against that to face prosecution. I want practical solutions to problems, unlike your laughably ineffective ideas for reducing flytipping. The plan I introduced reduced flytipping by 22% in 1 year, but council didn't continue with it. Bit late for a hustings. I've been to 2 so far and probably another this week. The other two had empty chairs where the Reform candidates were too timid to talk to real people and left their seats empty (one in Chiswick, one in Isleworth). As you know very well, I am more than happy to take the public's opinion, especially at the ballot box. |
