It would be good if when you are pinged for one of these fines and it was a mistake that you get to know that it has happened so that you know not to repeat your mistake instead of suddenly getting a whole number of fines.

Sometimes Councils send you a warning with your first offence - or send warnings to everyone who fails to notice in time when a change is first made.
